JDM Engine Sacramento specializes in selling used low-mileage JDM engines, transmissions, and parts. We’re hiring for two positions: a Warehouse Associate and a Customer Service Representative.

Warehouse Associate
Key Duties:
* Clean engines and transmissions using company equipment.
* Package and prepare shipments for delivery.
* Load and unload engines using a company forklift.
* Make local deliveries with the company pickup truck.
* Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone who enjoys active, hands-on work.
* Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required.
Customer Service Representative
Key Duties:
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails.
* Take and process customer orders.
* Provide excellent customer service and support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Good communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus!).
* Someone who enjoys interacting with customers.
* Automotive or JDM experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $17-$18/hourly depending on experience. Pay rate is subject to change as company grows!
